Altea Resources’ teams work carefully to clearly define your staffing needs, in order to provide the consultant(s) whose skills and knowledge will best match your exact requirements.

  

Once the selection process is completed, Altea Resources’ mobilization teams are dedicated to getting experts to the field in the briefest delays. For these tasks, we have created a rigorous internal process followed by Altea Resources’ teams:

  1. need definition & job specifications: initiate the process by identifying the deadlines, defining the budget and the resource profile, and assess the minimum certification.

  2. recruitment: design and rollout the interviews based on required skills and recruitment criteria.

  3. selection: propose the best profile(s) and initiate contractual terms.

  4. contract: writing of all contractual clauses, as mission definition, validated rates, insurance coverage and liabilities.

  5. payment: follow-up of the payment between the Client, Altea Resources and the Consultant.

  6. follow-up: regular assessment of consultant's skills and competencies.
