Drilling manager
  • Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the Drilling Department, includes reviewing, studying and approving drilling operational/engineering programmes, reports and supervising the planning and execution of the Company's drilling operations, work over, well completion, etc.
  • Supervises and coordinates the preparation of the drilling budget, controls expenditure and justifies variances

 

Drilling Superintendent
  • A drilling superintendent oversees all the operations related to drilling
  • He takes care of planning, execution, safety precautions and ensures that the drilling operations are being carried out according to the plan

 

Senior Drilling Supervisor – Night Drilling Supervisor
  • The drilling supervisor is often the senior member of the drilling location
  • Responsibilities include budgetary considerations, ensuring supplies and materials are available when needed
  • Meeting the crew and staff's needs for the performance of their duties, as well as daily reporting to various entities of the current activities

 

Fluid & Cement Specialist
  • The scope of responsibility includes effective execution of procurement and supply chain activities within the boundaries of pre-established framework and supply agreements for Cement and Fluids category products and services
  • Executes Cement and Fluids sector strategies and implements PSCM Wells contractor safety management, supplier quality management, supplier performance management and contract compliance activities within Region
  • Builds and manages local supplier relationships. Complies with the Procurement Operating Standard and complies with local government and partner requirements
  • Raises formal call-offs against the contracts as required

 

Mud Specialist
  • A mud engineer, also known as a drilling fluids engineer, is a professional who works in the oil drilling industry
  • These workers are primarily responsible for mixing the drilling fluid for the drill bit

 

Logistic Specialist
  • Obtain shipping data from suppliers and inter-company departments
  • Maintain, enter or log shipping data into the OTM with consideration of export/import processes as directed
  • Maintain department sales logs, reports and spreadsheets
  • Prepare & scan daily sales orders to Quality Assurance department
